Terms & Conditions

  • All pricing is plus applicable taxes and fees.
  • Tickets are sold on Front Gate Tickets.
  • The ONLY valid ticketing sites are FrontGateTickets.com & Ticketmaster’s Verified Ticket Exchange.
  • Once your wristband is received, do not put it on until the first day of the festival (once it’s on, it cannot be loosened).
  • Wristbands do not start shipping until 3-4 weeks before the festival.
  • Wristband registration will be required for entry. More information to be announced regarding registration.
  • Wristband will be void if tampered with or removed.
  • Wristbands cannot be replaced, transferred, or exchanged AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY REASON. Single day passes are NOT AVAILABLE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  • No refunds, transfers, or exchanges.
  • Max 6 festival passes and 6 general/family campsites (Big Rig, Premier, Oasis, & Terrace are max of 2).
  • All ages are welcome! Children 2 and under are free.
  • You must purchase a festival pass in order to access campgrounds.
  • Event is rain or shine.
  • Artists subject to change.
  • Festival passes do not include camping.
