FAQ

What time should I arrive?

ARRIVE EARLY if you are camping and want to arrive before the crowds. Camp Watershed opens at 1:00pm on Thursday, July 30th.

If you choose to arrive on Thursday night or Friday, leave yourself plenty of time and anticipate hold ups.

The festival gates will open each day at 1pm Friday- Sunday.

Check wsdot.wa.gov for highway traffic information.

What time do the shows end each day?

Festivities on Friday and Saturday will take place until about 12:30am.

The show will end Sunday at approximately 11:15pm.

These times may change a little.

What will the weather be like?

Average highs are 90F and average lows around 60F that time of year.

Typically it is hot & sunny with a nice steady breeze.

Check the forecast before you leave and stake that tent down properly, we get a good gust of wind out there every so often.

Sunscreen, sunscreen, sunscreen!

Can I come on site and sell stuff?

No, only approved and licensed vendors are allowed inside the Gorge or Camp Watershed.

EMAIL us for availability information.

Is there any public transportation to the Gorge?

Unfortunately not, the nearest Greyhound stop is about 14 miles away in Quincy and Amtrak stops in Wenatchee 45 miles from the venue.

There is a cool little flight from SEATAC to Wenatchee, where there are a couple of rental car options at Pangborn Airport.

I don’t want to camp. Can I park for the day?

Yes you can, and there is no extra charge.

Can I bring my boat?

It is TBD but please refer to the to the website here for up-to date info regarding the recreation areas and boat launches.

I bought the 3-day wristband, when will I receive it?

New for 2015, we will be issuing WRISTBANDS prior to the festival that will act as your ticket to allow access for all 3 days.

Wristband distribution will BEGIN June 1, 2015.  Distribution will take some time so please don’t panic if it may take a few weeks to get to you.

Once you receive your wristband, please take good care of it. We cannot replace lost wristbands.

What happens if I lose or break my wristband?

Don’t lose or break it. You will need to bring your wristband with you to the festival to get access!

Wristbands that have been tampered with or removed will be void.

Lost wristbands cannot be replaced.

Can I slide my wristband off and give it to my friend to use?

No, once you put your wristband on when you get to the festival, it needs to be on tight enough that it does not slide off.

My 3-day wristband will be at will call. Where is it located?

Will call is at the Box Office located just north of the Gorge main entrance.

Box Office hours will be Friday-Sunday 11am-10pm

What’s the limit on how many wristbands I can purchase and how can I buy them?

The limit per order will be 6.

You may purchase your 3-day wristband and camping here on our website or via phone through Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000.

You will not be able to purchase wristbands at the Ticketmaster outlets or through the Ticketmaster mobile app.

I saw someone selling print at home tickets on Craigslist. Are they legit?

Nope, there are no print at home options for this show and 3-day passes are wristbands only. We are not issuing paper tickets for 3-day passes.

Be really careful buying anywhere other than the official Ticketmaster website or Ticketmaster outlets, we see far too many forgeries and bad tickets, and they will not get you into the Festival.

Do I have to pay for kids to get in?

Children age 2 and under are free.

Do you sell alcohol?

Yes we do, make sure you have a Washington State approved valid picture ID.

Not sure if you have an acceptable form of ID?

Check here: liq.wa.gov

Can I bring my own food and drink?

You can bring one 20oz factory sealed bottle of water and a small (1 gallon) clear bag of

snacks.

So is that a “No” to bringing in a cooler then?

That would be a no.

I have small children, can I bring a stroller?

Yes you can, though the stroller will be subject to a search.

You’d be surprised what people try to hide behind the kid!

Can I bring in my medical prescription, such as Diabetic insulin?

You can, but please advise the security guard at the gate and they will call the medics, who will assist you.

Can I bring marijuana in?

Recent changes to WA state law regarding marijuana are a little confusing, but the law clearly states that the use and even the display of marijuana in public is still illegal.

Please respect & obey the law. We will not be permitting marijuana into the Amphitheatre.

Why can’t I bring an umbrella in?

It pokes people’s eyes out and obscures the view of the person behind you.

What is the restroom situation?

For the most part, only port-a-johns are available.

There are hand wash facilities adjacent to the Honey Buckets.

If you are lucky enough to have a VIP ticket, the Cliff House VIP club has good old flushing restrooms.
