Watershed is an accessible event, and we are dedicated to continually improving our efforts to ensure you have access to event amenities. We welcome and encourage all feedback and suggestions from our patrons.
The following explains the services provided this year. Please read this informational guide thoroughly before sending an inquiry email. ADA guests wishing to utilize the accessibility services at The Gorge will be required to wear an ADA Wristband. This wristband is acquired onsite at our Guest Services locations.
To utilize ADA resources, you must have:
ADA camping is available in our Standard Campground area. The ADA area in Standard Camping does provide a shuttle to and from the venue and back to the campground after the concert for the person in need of ADA assistance and one companion. ADA wristband will be asked to be shown at the venue in order to gain access to the ADA shuttle services.
To purchase ADA Camping, please purchase a Standard Camping pass and advise the campground ambassadors at the entrance/upon arrival that you would like to camp in ADA Camping.
No ADA shuttle is provided in Big Rig or Oasis due to being close to the venue entrance.
The natural terrain of the Gorge is rough and hilly. For those needing assistance, a special services vehicle can transport physically challenged patrons from the main gate to a drop off point close to the lower bowl. There is also a special shuttle vehicle available to transport disabled patrons from the ADA campground to the Amphitheatre, and at the conclusion of the show, shuttles from the venue back to the main entrance and campground maybe available. Space is limited to the one disabled guest and one aide/companion.
Guests that require interpreter service please fill out the form and The Gorge will begin to arrange this for any event. We need at least 2 weeks notice to secure an interpreter. Click here to access the hearing assistance form.
