Picking up your passes at Will Call? Make sure you bring your Front Gate or Ticketmaster Exchange order number AND a valid ID with you!
Please note, BEACH IT! Festival’s Box Office is only open during the week of the festival and is located near 8th St and the Boardwalk! Will Call will NOT be located at the Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater Box Office.
Looking for us? BEACH IT! Festival is located at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront between 8th St. and 3rd St.
Small totes, backpacks, and fanny packs are welcome inside the festival venue as long as they are clear and are 12”x6”x12” or smaller. No clear plastic shopping/grocery bags will be permitted. Hydration packs (i.e. camelbaks) that are 1.5L or smaller (no pockets) and clutch purses/wallets that are 4.5”x6.5” or smaller do not have to be clear. Medically necessary bags and diaper bags are also welcome.
*PLEASE NOTE: ALL PATRONS AND ALL BAGS WILL BE SEARCHED EACH TIME YOU ENTER THE FESTIVAL. ANY AND ALL CONFISCATED ITEMS OR ANY ITEMS VOLUNTARILY SURRENDERED, WILL NOT BE HELD, CHECKED OR RETURNED.
GA pass holders will be able to exit and re-enter the festival up to 3 times a day for whatever reason you see fit. If you need to enter and exit more than 3 times a day, please send us an email at info@beachitfestival.com. VIP pass holders have unlimited re-entry.
First Aid tents will be onsite staffed with Paramedics. Please ask any staff member and they will point you in the right direction. Here is some other important safety info to note: Wear some type of shoes/sandals – the sand can become very hot. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Take a picture of your Driver’s License and keep on your phone for ID purposes.
If you have any questions during festival weekend, visit our team at Guest Services! They can help you with directions within the festival and assist with general festival questions. Lost & Found is also located at Guest Services!
There are wristband help tents located throughout the festival! They can assist with wristband issues including your wristband getting too tight, registration, signing up for cashless, and more.
